	Make #! line make more sense, USE GNU autoconf!
    Use $mboxName and $outMboxName instead of $ARGV[0], etc.
    Print args with the verbose output of options.
    Implement Prefix and output location code.
    Print the output file location if verbose.
    Print VERY Verbose message info only at high level.
    More verbosity level adjustments.
    New option "usage" information.
    Multiple verbosity levels, prefix, outfile/dir options.
	Turn on warnings.. (it's a good thing)
	Rearrange the way options are gotten and errors raised.
	Subroutines For CopyRight and Error/Usage.
	Use GetOpt::Long, Handle options and arguments better.
	Easier to handle verbose mode now..
	Macintosh Mailboxes aren't .mbx, check for them.
	Macintosh Line Endings too.
